Holocaust Remembrance Day at the Nir Am Youth Center in Sderot

In honor of Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, the Nir Am Youth Center in Sderot, had a program with a Holocaust survivor named Chaim Hertzl who came to discuss his experiences, tell his story and screened a film featuring a first-hand account of the Holocaust as well.
The Sderot teens were moved by his story and having the opportunity to meet him. This experience added a new level of understanding to the Holocaust Remembrance.
