Judith doesn’t need to read books or watch movies to know what hell is like. She’s lived it. In Germany, Judith was stripped of her humanity. Torn from her loved ones and herded into a cattle car, her identity was reduced to a stark tattoo on her arm and her future became uncertain. This week our Dimona branch hosted volunteers from the 8200 unit- a super-elite intelligence unit that has been the first step of many of this country's high tech talent. This unit provides the tools and experience that power the start-up nation.
We are honored that these promising young adults were given the time and space to include volunteering in their duty and service.

This week, our Dimona branch welcomed two groups of volunteers. Students from the Yerucham local high school, Dracha were joined by soldiers from the local IDF training base- Ir Habadim. The volunteers spent time together preparing and chopping produce (humongous squash alert!), cleaning and organizing, as well as spending some quality time with our Holocaust Survivors program.
