In honor of those who helped Israel during the war in Gaza last summer, Operation Protective Edge, we have uploaded some special pictures of Meir Panim volunteers providing food for IDF soldiers.

Not only do we remember and thank the brave men and women who fought for Israel during this war, but we also remember those who put their own lives on the line by traveling to Israel’s southern border while rockets were being shot at Israeli civilians.

To those who fought, to those who prepared and delivered food, and to those who support Meir Panim’s efforts to assure that all who are hungry may eat, we salute you!
