Golfers raised £20,000 for 3 Charities

On  June 21, a sell-out group of 88 golfers met bright and early at Hartsbourne Country Club in Bushey for a day of competition, played in a most sporting atmosphere.

There was a great “buzz” at registration and breakfast as participants eagerly anticipated the 13th Asher Teper Memorial Golf Day (ATMGD), organized by HOD under the stewardship of Mike Tannenbaum  and his very dedicated committee including, Rob Eisner, Michael Foreman, Bernard Glass, David Lipsitz, Jeff Maze, Jon Shapiro and Eric Shapshak.

With the help of an auction, raffle and key sponsor Medivet, the event raised close to a staggering £20,000. for three beneficiary charities; Camp Simcha, Meir Panim and Jewish Child’s Day.
