"Full Plate" Food Card
A magnetic card is loaded each month with a certain amount of money, allowing the needy to purchase food products at supermarket chains. In this way, the needy are able to purchase food in the supermarket like all other consumers, without any insult or exposure.

We send the food cards to underprivileged families with at least one working spouse, but whose income is below the minimum standard. The card enables families to purchase all food items, with the exception of alcohol and cigarettes.

The card is worth NIS 250 ($55) and is renewed each month. The card is initially assigned for a period of 6 months. After 6 months, the users can apply for a renewal of the card, and their request will be considered by the eligibility committee.
